Instructions

- Coat salmon with mixture.
- Heat large nonstick skillet coated with olive oil over medium heat.
- Cook salmon mixture 3-4 minutes on each side or until salmon flakes with fork.
- Remove skin and flake salmon into a bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix.
- Using your hands, gently form mixture into 6 patties.
- In a nonstick skillet, cook salmon burgers several minutes on each side until lightly browned.
