  2. In a medium bowl, first beat the eggs, then beat in the cream.
  3. Add vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sweetener to the bowl. Beat the batter until well mixed.
  4. Beat in the pork rinds.
  5. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow the batter to thicken.
  6. Heat a lightly greased skillet on medium heat.
