Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Wash mushrooms, remove stems, and chop the stems.
  3. Using nonstick cooking spray, coat a large nonstick skillet.
  4. Sauté mushroom stems, onions, garlic, and bell pepper over medium heat until tender, for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add in crawfish tails. Stir and cook for another minute.
  6. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, stirring until combined.
  7. Place mushrooms in a metal colander over a pot of boiling water, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
