  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Chop cabbage, bell pepper and onion. Set aside.
  2. Whisk together the vinegar, water, salt, pepper, turmeric, mustard seed and erythritol.
  3. In a large pot over medium – high heat, add the vegetables and the vinegar mixture.
  4. Cover and bring to a simmer for about 30 minutes.
  5. Once the vegetables have broken down, remove from heat and add the crushed red pepper flakes.
  6. Enjoy and store leftovers in a jar in the fridge for one week.
