Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil in a large pot on the stove.
- Once boiling, add the paprika, cayenne pepper, white pepper, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, thyme and salt. Bring back to a rolling boil.
- Add the turnips, sausage and lemon slices. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the crawfish into the pot. Cover again and cook for 4-5 minutes until done.
- Drain the water.
- Add the pork rinds to the mixture and garnish with lemon juice. Enjoy!
