Instructions
- Heat 2 Tbsp butter in a heavy based pan over medium heat and lightly saute onions until soft, about 15-20 minutes.
- Add all spices and gently cook until they become aromatic, about 1 minute.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
- Add the cauliflower and cook for a few minutes until the cauliflower softens.
- Season with salt, pepper and garlic and top with chopped cilantro.
