Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ lemon (juice)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (roughly chopped)
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons butter (divideed)
- 4 cups cauliflower (chopped)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 teaspoons salt (divideed)
- 2 teaspoons black pepper (divideed)
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- ½ tablespoon fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon oregano

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of the butter and all of the garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook about 5 minutes, until shrimp are cooked through.
- Add cream and spices, reserving 1 teaspoon each of salt and black pepper.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Remove shrimp from heat and set aside on a plate. Add in chopped fresh parsley.
- In a saucepan, add water and chopped cauliflower and cook until cauliflower is soft, about 5 minutes. Drain water.
- Add in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, parmesan cheese, remaining 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Pour the cauliflower mixture into a food processor (or an immersion blender may be used for this step in the pan). Blend until smooth.
- Divide pureed cauliflower mixture into 4 bowls and top with shrimp to enjoy!
