Instructions
- Brown the sausage or pork over medium heat.
- With a slotted spoon, remove the sausage or pork and place into a slow cooker. Discard the grease.

- Add the onions, broth, cauliflower, kale, red pepper, salt and pepper to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
