Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Prepare 2 pizza dishes or one large baking sheet by lining with parchment paper.
- Heat the riced cauliflower in the microwave (in container with lid) for about 10 minutes.
- Take out, let cool, and make sure you have as much water out as you can (you may use a towel and twist to remove extra liquid).
- In a large bowl, add the cauliflower, eggs, 2 cups of cheese, oregano, garlic, and salt/pepper. Mix together.
- Separate mixture (if making two) and place on the pans you prepared. Pat our to desired thickness. (TIP: use thick for breadsticks and thin for pizza crust and/or flatbread).
- Make any shape or size you want!
- Bake the crust for about 25 minutes or until nice and golden.
- Once golden, add the pizza toppings and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melty.
