- 16 oz Hot Jimmy Dean sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ¾ cup shredded parmesan (divideed)
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 dashes Tabasco sauce (adjust depending on your heat preference!)
- 24 oz fresh button mushrooms (1 large package + 1 small package; or 3 smalls packages)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Wash and scrub mushrooms; remove and discard stems; set aside.
- Cook sausage on medium heat until browned and no longer pink; drain excess grease and set aside.
- While sausage cooks mix cream cheese, ½ cup parmesan, dried onion flakes, Worcestershire, and Tabasco until well combined.
- Add sausage to cream cheese mixture and mix well .
- Generously spoon and firmly press a scoop (approx 2 Tbsp) of sausage and cream cheese mixture into each mushroom cap.
- Line stuffed mushrooms, stuffing side up, on a large, rimmed baking sheet.
- Sprinkle mushrooms with ¼ cup shredded parmesan.
- Bake at 350 F for approximately 20-25 min or until tops are lightly browned.
