Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line two baking pans with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Wash and trim green beans.
- In a large bowl, beat egg and oil.
- Add the green beans, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper to the egg mixture. Toss well to coat.
- Transfer green beans to prepared pans and bake about 15 minutes or until crisp. If needed, place under broiler for a few minutes to crisp.
