Instructions
- Get a nice big mug (12-14 oz).
- Boil a cup of water.
- Pour water into mug.
- Unwrap and put in one bouillon cube (Any flavor – vegetable, beef, chicken).
- Add coconut oil, ginger, cilantro, coconut flakes, almonds, and any other seasonings you like, and stir into the hot water.
- Let it sit 3-5 minutes (or longer, depending on how hot you like your “pho” soup) until the bouillon dissolves in water and ingredients have a chance to soften in the water.
