Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer at 390 degrees F for about 5 minutes. While the air fryer preheats, prepare the salmon filets.
  2. Pat the salmon filets with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture. Brush the top of each salmon filet with olive oil and dijon mustard, and drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  3. In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and oregano until combined. Sprinkle the spice mix evenly across the top of each salmon filet (about 1 ¾ tsp per filet).
  4. Spray the bottom of your air fryer basket or tray with cooking spray. Place salmon filets, skin side down, on the tray/basket and make sure they are not touching each other. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to do this in two batches.
  5. Cook at 390 degrees F for about 10 minutes, and check to see if it’s done. Internal temperature should be 145 degrees F, and the salmon will be opaque and easily flaked with a fork.
