Instructions
- Preheat air fryer at 390 degrees F for about 5 minutes. While the air fryer preheats, prepare the salmon filets.
- Pat the salmon filets with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture. Brush the top of each salmon filet with olive oil and dijon mustard, and drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and oregano until combined. Sprinkle the spice mix evenly across the top of each salmon filet (about 1 ¾ tsp per filet).
- Spray the bottom of your air fryer basket or tray with cooking spray. Place salmon filets, skin side down, on the tray/basket and make sure they are not touching each other. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to do this in two batches.
- Cook at 390 degrees F for about 10 minutes, and check to see if it’s done. Internal temperature should be 145 degrees F, and the salmon will be opaque and easily flaked with a fork.
- Serve warm with your favorite low-carb sides or on a salad! Top with fresh lemon slices, if desired.
