Instructions

  4. Cook salmon mixture 3-4 minutes on each side or until salmon flakes with fork.
  5. Remove skin and flake salmon into a bowl.
  6. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
  7. Using your hands, gently form mixture into 6 patties.
  8. In a nonstick skillet, cook salmon burgers several minutes on each side until lightly browned.
