Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat broiler.
- Beat together the heavy cream and eggs.
- In another bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Dry all of the pickle chips with paper towels.
- Working one at a time, dip pickle chips in the almond flour mixture. Then dip each one in the egg and cream mixture and then back into the almond flour mixture.
- Lay all coated pickle chips on baking sheet and broil for 4-5 minutes until brown and crispy.
- Serve and enjoy!
