Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl: almond flour, xanthan gum, baking powder and salt.
- Combine all the wet ingredients in a different bowl: cream cheese, butter, egg. Mix and knead to form a dough.
- Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with dry ingredients and mix them with a fork or spatula. The dough is going to be sticky.

- Grease your hands a little with oil. Shape the dough into discs by making a ball and crush it with your hands.
- Heat a frying pan with butter over very low heat. Cook covered for 5 minutes or until the base is golden brown. Flip and cook covered for 5 more minutes.
