Instructions
- Pour the olive oil into a pan on the stove and heat until it reaches a temperature of 350°F.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Combine the almond flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat the butter. Add in the heavy cream and beaten egg.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Add garlic powder and salt.
- Fold in the finely chopped onion.
- Drop tablespoon-size balls of batter into the hot oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove and set on a plate lined with paper towels. Enjoy!
