  • 1 cup boiling water (boiling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Line one large or two small baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add in boiling water and oil. Stir until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Thinly spread the dough on the parchment using a silicone spatula into a single layer without holes. Straighten up the edges to form a rectangle about 12” x 17” if using one pan.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt and bake on the lower rack of the oven for about 30 minutes.
  6. Remove and cut with a pizza cutter into 30 rectangle crackers
  7. Return to oven for another 30 minutes while checking occasionally.
  8. Turn off the oven and let cool in the oven.
  9. Store crackers in an airtight container.
