Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Line one large or two small baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add in boiling water and oil. Stir until the mixture forms a ball.
- Thinly spread the dough on the parchment using a silicone spatula into a single layer without holes. Straighten up the edges to form a rectangle about 12” x 17” if using one pan.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and bake on the lower rack of the oven for about 30 minutes.
- Remove and cut with a pizza cutter into 30 rectangle crackers
- Return to oven for another 30 minutes while checking occasionally.
- Turn off the oven and let cool in the oven.
- Store crackers in an airtight container.
