Instructions
- Slice chilled cream cheese into 8 pieces, and then slice each of those pieces in half again to make 16 pieces.
- Roll each cream cheese piece into balls using your hands. (This can get a little messy but only so much will come off on your hands as your roll them).
- Place the finished cream cheese balls on a plate and set them in the fridge to chill for ~15-20min before the next step.
- After they've chilled, add the gelatin mix to a plastic bag.
- Add one cream cheese ball at a time to this bag. Shake to fully coat each ball.
- Place the coated cream cheese balls back on your plate and refrigerate again for 30min-1 hour before serving OR freeze for 1-4 hours for a firmer "candy".
