Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat, or preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place each fillet, skin side down, on a square of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  3. Top each fillet with lemon slices, 1 teaspoon of oil, and a few herb sprigs.
  4. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Fold and seal the edges of the foil to create a tent above the fillets.
  6. Place packets on the grill rack and cook, lid down for 10-12 minutes. If using an oven, place on a large baking sheet.
  7. While the fish is cooking, sauté Swiss chard with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  8. When fish fillets are opaque, flaky, and just cooked through, remove from heat.
  9. Let sit for 2 minutes before serving with the chard.
