Instructions

  1. Peel eggs carefully under cold running water. Dry eggs before slicing.
  2. Slice the eggs in half, remove the yolks and place in a medium sized bowl. Place whites on a serving dish or plate.
  3. Mash yolks with a fork. Add mayo, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and mix until combined and creamy.
  4. Place yolk mixture in a large ziplock bag and cut a small opening in one of the corners
  5. Evenly disperse yolk mixture into each egg white half.
  6. Sprinkle with truffled salt or paprika to serve.
