Instructions
- Heat oil in a shallow skillet until it reaches a temperature of 375 degrees F.
- Line a plate with paper towels. Set aside.
- Cut the okra into small slices.

- Meanwhile, in another bowl, combine almond flour, salt and pepper.
- Dredge the egg-soaked okra in the almond flour mixture and then drop into hot oil.
