Instructions
- Brown hamburger on low flame until it’s crumbled and starting to cook.
- Add mushrooms and green onion tops when hamburger is about half-way done.
- Cook cauliflower rice as directed in the microwave or steam if using fresh cauliflower.
- Stir in the eggs to the hamburger mixture to scramble (stirring constantly).
- When eggs are about half done, add the cauliflower rice, stir mixture until all ingredients are mixed and eggs are done.
- Remove from flame and add the cheddar cheese.
- Stir until mixed and cheese has melted.
