Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Add all ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until combined, about 1 minute. Form into a dough ball.
  3. Place one piece of parchment paper on a flat surface. Place the dough ball in the middle and cover with another piece of parchment paper. Using a dough roller or any long cylindrical object (e.g. a bottle of olive oil), roll out until about ⅛" - ¼" thick. Remove the top parchment paper.
  4. With a pizza cutter, cut into 1" squares (6 x 6) or use a small cookie cutter to cut dough into fun shapes. Transfer parchment and pre-cut dough to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 12 minutes or until desired crispiness. Cool and enjoy!
