Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Skewer each hot dog with a stick on one end of each dog.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, xanthin gum, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- In a small microwave safe bowl, add the cheese. Heat in 60-second increments until melted together.
- Add the cheese to the almond flour mixture and ix until combined.
- Add in the egg and mix well until a dough is formed.
- Roll out the dough on parchment paper.
- Cut a rectangle out of the dough large enough to wrap around a hot dog.
- Firmly mold the dough to the hot dog and lay out on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until they turn brown.
- Serve with mustard for dipping and enjoy!
