  • 1 avocado (diced)
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

  5. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and set aside.
  6. Reserve any liquid left in the skillet and place back on the burner.
  7. Add the ground beef to the skillet.
  8. Cook for 8-10 mins, breaking up the meat, until browned.
  9. Add in seasonings and stir to combine.
  10. Transfer the beef to the large bowl with the onion and pepper mixture.
  11. Toss to combine
  12. Gently stir in the avocado being careful not to overmix.
  13. Plate each serving of taco salad on top of green (if desired)
