Instructions
- Slice the green bell peppers into ¾″-1” thick rings, for a total of 4 rings.

- Cover the skillet with a lid and allow the eggs to cook until the white part is set and the yolk reaches your desired doneness. This typically takes about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the shamrock fried eggs from the skillet and serve immediately.
