Ingredients

Drink:

  • 2 shots vodka
  • 1 can Goslings Sugar Free Ginger Beer
  • 1½ fluid oz Diet Cranberry Juice
  • 1 fluid oz lime juice
  • ½ fluid oz apple cider vinegar
  • 1 handful ice

Garnish:

  • 1 medium lime
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 5 fresh cranberries

Bright cranberry flavor adds a seasonal twist to the traditional mule. Bubbly, refreshing, and lightly tart, it’s wonderfully drinkable. This cocktail looks just as festive as it tastes.

Instructions

  1. Prepare your garnishes: lime slices, a sprig of fresh rosemary and a handful of cranberries.
  2. Put the ice, and garnishes inside of your mug and pour the sugar free ginger beer over them.
  3. Add the vodka, (a favorite is Titos, but any will do) , lime juice, cranberry Juice and apple cider vinegar into your mug. Add more cranberry juice if desired and remember that it is about 5 carbs per half shot of sugar free cranberry juice. Add the straw and enjoy responsibly.
