Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a medium-sized oven safe dish.

  3. Add the hot sauce and ½ cup of the cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
  4. Add the cauliflower and stir to coat. Remove from heat.

  6. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake until bubbly, 25 – 30 minutes.
