Instructions

  1. Peel and seed cucumbers.
  2. Once peel and seeds are removed, grate. Place grated cucumber in a sieve or on a clean dish cloth and squeeze out excess water.
  3. Combine the yogurt , cucumber, lemon juice, mint and garlic.
  4. Season well with salt and pepper.
  5. Garnish with a dash of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika.
