Make way for salmon! These low carb salmon patties are perfect for throwing on the grill in summer, or cooking in a frying pan all year round. Made with fresh salmon and pork rinds instead of bread crumbs as well as a blend of flavorful spice, the low carb salmon patties are a perfect addition to any low carb, metabolically healthy diet.
Instructions
- Crush pork rinds into a fine dust.
- Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl.
- Mix in the pork rinds, lemon juice, mayonnaise, onions, salmon, parsley, garlic clove, and salt.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Pan-fry the patties in cooking oil until browned on both sides.
