- Place pork rinds in a food processor and process until they become a fine powder.
- Add the baking soda and salt
- Add the eggs and cheese
- Add the water and blend

- Using a healthy ¼ cup measure, pour batter on to the griddle and spread into a 5-inch circle with the back of a spoon dipped in water
- Cook until browned, flip and cook the other side.
