Instructions
- Season the roast or tenderloin with the salt and pepper
- Heat the olive oil for about 1 minute in a skillet over medium-high heat
- Add the onions, mushrooms, and garlic to the skillet
- Add the cabbage in the bottom of a large slow cooker
- In a large bowl, mix together the beef broth, heavy cream, cream cheese, and tomato paste
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
- Using a fork or tongs, shred the beef and serve over cabbage.
