Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients - almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  2. Grease your baking dish(es) using nonstick spray or butter. Mini bundt tins are ideal for this recipe in order to bake the smaller cakes more evenly. (You can also use one 6-inch round cake pan if it fits in your air fryer basket.) Scoop batter evenly into baking dish(es).
  3. Set the air fryer temperature to 350F, and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm, or allow the cake(s) to cool and sprinkle the top with powdered Virta-friendly sweetener!
  4. Oven Method: Preheat oven to 350F. Bake for about 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
