These pan-fried pork chops are golden on the outside and juicy at the center. Simple seasoning lets the natural flavor of the meat shine. Quick to prepare, they’re perfect for a stress-free holiday meal.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream.
  4. In another shallow bowl, combine almond flour, pork rinds, parmesan, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Working one pork chop at a time, dip one into the egg mixture and then in almond flour mixture, pressing to coat. Place each pork chop on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake until pork chops are golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, about 45 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy!
