Instructions

  1. Place pork rinds in a food processor and process until they become a fine powder.
  2. Add the baking soda and salt
  3. Add the eggs and cheese
  4. Add the water and blend

  6. Using a healthy ¼ cup measure, pour batter on to the griddle and spread into a 5-inch circle with the back of a spoon dipped in water
  7. Cook until browned, flip and cook the other side.
