- Mash the egg yolks with a fork and then stir in mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Scoop the yolk mixture back in each egg using a spoon, or put yolk mixture into a plastic baggie and cut the corner to pipe into the egg.
- Cut whole olive in half lengthwise.
- Put one half of the olive on yolk mixture for the spider’s body.
- Thinly slice the other half for the spider’s legs. Put four legs on each side. Sprinkle with paprika for serving.
