Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat broiler.
  2. Beat together the heavy cream and eggs.
  3. In another bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Dry all of the pickle chips with paper towels.
  5. Working one at a time, dip pickle chips in the almond flour mixture. Then dip each one in the egg and cream mixture and then back into the almond flour mixture.
  6. Lay all coated pickle chips on baking sheet and broil for 4-5 minutes until brown and crispy.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
