Instructions
- Peel and seed cucumbers.
- Once peel and seeds are removed, grate. Place grated cucumber in a sieve or on a clean dish cloth and squeeze out excess water.

- Season well with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with a dash of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika.
