Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions, hot chili peppers and garlic. Saute until onions are translucent.
  3. Add curry powder and red bell pepper. Cook until peppers are soft.
  4. Remove everything from the pan and set aside.
  5. Add the peanuts to the same skillet and roast until golden brown.
  6. Once peanuts are done, add to a blender with the pepper mixture. Blend until desired consistency.
  7. Serve with vegetables, cheese crisps or another of your favorite foods!
