Instructions

  1. Season the roast or tenderloin with the salt and pepper
  2. Heat the olive oil for about 1 minute in a skillet over medium-high heat

  4. Add the cabbage in the bottom of a large slow cooker
  5. In a large bowl, mix together the beef broth, heavy cream, cream cheese, and tomato paste
  6. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
