Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the Brussel sprouts and pat dry. Cut each in half, (or quarters if they are large).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sprouts with the oil, minced garlic, about ¾ of the parmesan, the salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add to air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes. Give the basket a shake 2-3 times during cooking to ensure even crispiness!
  4. Place cooked Brussel sprouts in a serving bowl and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan. Add any additional seasonings to taste, and enjoy!
