Virta Instagram Giveaway

1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Virta Health Corp.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Virta Health, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Void where prohibited.
3. Entry Period
Promotion begins on October 11, 2025 at 9:00 PM EST and ends on October 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter:
- Follow @VirtaHealth on Instagram.
- Like the giveaway post.
- Comment on the post and tag one friend.
- Bonus: Share the post to your Instagram Story for an additional entry.
Limit: 50 entries per person. Automated, bulk, or bot entries will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to use third-party tools to verify account authenticity.
5. Selection of Winners
Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted within 5 business days after the Entry Period closes. Winners will be notified via comment reply and/or direct message from the official @VirtaHealth account only. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate will be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify fraudulent entries.
6. Prizes
Each winner will receive one Virta-branded water bottle (approximate retail value: $35) and a hat (approximate retail value $25).
Total number of winners: 5.
No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
7. Fulfillment
Winners must provide a valid U.S. shipping address within 72 hours of notification. Prizes will be shipped within 2 weeks of verification.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes once shipped, or for items returned to sender or undeliverable due to invalid addresses.
8. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Virta Health permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes where legally permitted, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
Disputes will be resolved under the laws of the State of Delaware.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
- Technical failures of any kind
- Unauthorized human intervention in the entry process
- Any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and Instagram/Meta from any claims or liability arising from participation or prize use, except where prohibited by law.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram/Meta. Participants provide information to Virta Health, not Instagram.
12. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with Virta Health’s Privacy Policy.
