Yvonne Hao is Co-Founder, Operating Advisor, and former Managing Director of Cove Hill Partners, a private equity firm focused on partnering with outstanding management teams to build market-leading consumer and technology companies. Prior to helping to co-found Cove Hill Partners, she was the COO and CFO of PillPack, an online pharmaceutical delivery service that she helped sell successfully to Amazon. Prior to her role at PillPack, Ms. Hao spent almost nine years at Bain Capital, with the last few years serving as an Operating Partner and board member to several portfolio companies. Prior to Bain Capital, Ms. Hao spent five years at Honeywell. She worked in Corporate Strategy, and then held roles within the Security division as VP of Global Marketing and then as General Manager/ VP of ADI North America, a $1.7B distribution business. Ms. Hao started her career at McKinsey, where she worked for five years and was promoted to Associate Partner. Ms. Hao holds a B.A. from Williams College and a Masters of Philosophy in Development Economics from Cambridge University.
