Virta is available to Zurich employees, spouses and domestic partners, and adult dependents 18 years or older who are enrolled in Zurich’s medical plan. This benefit is currently being offered to those with type 2 diabetes. There are some serious medical conditions that would exclude members from the Virta program. Covered Persons or members may request Virta to delete their nonpublic information by submitting an email request to privacy@virtahealth.com. Virta will respond to all requests within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt and delete the requested nonpublic information in compliance with its medical record keeping obligations as a regulated medical practice.
