Do I have to pay anything for Virta?

What do I get when I enroll for diabetes reversal?

Patients enrolled in Virta's type 2 diabetes reversal offering receive all the supplies they need to be successful, including a connected scale, glucose and ketone meter and strips, and access to all of Virta's resources through an easy to use smartphone application.

Virta patients are also assigned a dedicated care team who guides patients on their journey to better health.

Do I need a referral from my doctor to start Virta?

No referral is needed. Your Virta medical provider will become your diabetes reversal specialist and will communicate with your local medical team as needed to ensure continuity of care.

Virta is available to Raymond James associates and dependents 18 years or older who are enrolled in a Raymond James medical plan administered by UMR. This benefit is currently being offered to those with type 2 diabetes. There are some medical conditions that would exclude members from the Virta program.
